- Get up every morning at 4:30 am
- Work out for at least 30 minutes everyday
- Lose 50 lbs by July of 2011
- Cook healthy dinners every night for my family
- Leave work by 4:40 every day
Those are my goals for the rest of the school year. It's the only way I will have time to do everything. I will be asking my Heavenly Father to help me and motivate me everyday to be healthy and keep my family healthy. I want to be a good role model for my son.
